Tours and meet and greets: call ahead to book. Please call about weekend availability.
Holiday hours
Most holidays, the front desk is open 4 to 6 PM. Thanksgiving and Christmas Day we are closed. Holiday hours cover the front desk only.
- New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day and Labor Day: 4 to 6 PM.
Tours and first visits
Dogs need a meet and greet before their first stay. Bring your dog on a leash or in a carrier, and send records at least 48 hours before your appointment.
