Good to know
- Overnight rates start on the day of arrival. Checkout is before noon, or before 11 AM on Sundays. Later pickups count as another day.
- Drop-off or pickup outside business hours: $10 plus $1 per minute.
- Cancellations without notice are charged one night's rate.
- Grooming cancellations less than 24 hours ahead: $25.
- Military discounts, plus long-term and multi-pet family discounts on activities.
How to pay
We prefer cash or debit. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted. We no longer accept personal checks.
Missed call? We text you back. Called while we were with the pets? You'll get a text back within seconds with our hours and a link to book.
