Vaccines and records
Records are due 48 hours before your stay. Here's what each service needs and when vaccines must be given.

Records must come from a veterinary office or clinic. If we don't receive complete records within the required time, we have to cancel the reservation.
Requirements by service
Dog boarding and daycare
- A passed meet and greet
- A signed agreement and an emergency contact, completed once
- Rabies, bordetella, distemper and canine influenza records
- A current dog license, where your area requires one
Cat boarding
- Rabies and FVRCP records. Cats can't board with FIV or a history of upper respiratory infections.
- A secure carrier, or ask us for one
- A signed agreement and an emergency contact, completed once
Grooming
- Rabies, bordetella and distemper records. Canine influenza is only needed if your dog is also in daycare.

Dog licensing
Many areas require dogs to carry a current license. Please check your local rules and keep your dog's license up to date. A license does not replace vaccine records, but we're happy to see a copy of it on file.
If your dog has a license, bring a copy with your records.
Uploading records
Send photos or PDFs with your reservation request. Your files are only sent by you, and the live version would store them privately.
