  • A spacious indoor suite with its own covered outdoor run
  • Air conditioning in summer, heat in winter
  • TVs playing dog-friendly films around the clock
  • Cots and fleece blankets for every guest
  • Stainless steel dishes washed daily, with raised or slow feeders on request
  • Food included: lamb and rice dry food, plus chicken and rice wet food
  • Fresh water all day, with lunch and bedtime tuck-in treats

Activities: required for stays longer than one night

Social time is a big part of a happy stay, so every dog boarding longer than overnight joins an activity. We pick the right mix for each dog, which is why activities are priced separately. Military, long-term and multi-pet families get discounts on activities.

Special needs and medication

We can care for dogs with certain special needs, special diets and medication. To keep every guest safe, we can't accept dogs with contagious diseases or parasites. Tell us about any changes in your dog's health or normal behavior before the stay.

What to bring

  • A blanket, pillowcase or t-shirt that smells like home
  • Medicine in its original bottle
  • One or two favorite toys. We can't accept rope toys, rawhide or bully sticks. Tennis balls are fine in the yard.
  • Food is included, but bringing food from home avoids a sudden diet change

Before the first stay

  • A passed meet and greet. Book a tour first, and bring your dog on a leash or in a carrier.
  • A signed agreement and an emergency contact, completed once through our online form
  • Vaccine records from a veterinary clinic: rabies, bordetella, distemper and canine influenza
  • A current dog license, where your area requires one

Records are due 48 hours before check-in. See full vaccine timing.
